Reston, VA, January 16, 2020 — Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties (CMHA-CEI), a public governmental organization focused on mental health and substance abuse services, has selected Metaformers as its transformation partner for the progressive adoption of financial, budgeting, and human capital management solutions. Leveraging Oracle Cloud Applications, an intelligent suite of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, the joint team will deploy integrated best-practice based business processes to support the organization’s strategic goals and optimize their return on investment (ROI) from this initiative. CMHA-CEI worked with the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. During this review, team members realized limitations with current processes and systems and identified areas needing improvement as well as opportunities to enhance operations with modern business processes and supporting software.
